I moved to the Catskills from Long Island and was nervous about using an agent I did not previously know and trust. It was not long before I realized Kevin was absolutely the right choice. My husband and I were not easy to work with, we didnt know exactly what we wanted. Our list of aEURoemust havesaEUR? changed daily. Kevin was patient, set up the showings, and met us at every house we wanted to see. Once we finally found our home and had an accepted offer, Kevin managed every step of the process for us and guided us in ways other agents have not. He took a very stressful and scary process and made it enjoyable and exciting. We ran into a few issues with our bank, and with the sellers after the insoection and Kevin seamlessly worked with their agent and attorneys to get us answers and keep the process moving. I hope I never have to sell or buy another house again but If I do, I'm calling Kevin!!!

Searching for our dream home pretty much all over this country, we had the chance to work with many realtors. We had had this idea in our heads of exactly what we wanted; somehow it never translated to what the realtors would show us. She went over and beyond for us, hitting the ball out of the park every time. Moving from these overcrowded cities to beautiful countrysides was our American Dream, however; honestly, we had so many questions, worries and had no idea if we could make the switch comfortably.
