AMAZING!!! Is how we describe Rob. Knowledgeable, Helpful, Resourceful and Respectful are more words we use when telling others about his exceptional customer service. Rob assisted us in purchasing our dream home in Florida. We lived in another state (Texas) and although he never physically met us Rob was able to truly "hear" what we were looking for. He took time to listen and learn what was important to us and he went out and found it. We were so confidant in his abilities and knowledge of the area, in other words, we trusted him. He provided us with videos as we were purchasing sight unseen and guided us away from those that did not met our standards. He took our calls at all hours and never gave us the feeling that we were a bother - that is a skill:) Rob not only found us our dream home but he had a housekeeper come in to the home before we arrived to clean it up for us. That is only one example of Rob "going above and beyond". Thank you Rob for making our search and subsequent transition to our "forever home" soooo smooth.
