This review is overdue but I wanted to make sure I let everyone know how awesome Pam really is. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is honest & ethical & knowledgeable & has incredible communication skills. She is truly salt of the Earth and I would recommend her again and again for anyone in the market to sell or buy. I am so grateful for all that she did for me & my family. Some people are good at their profession & some people are good at it AND love it... and it shows. She is the later. Not only did she help us find a home, she also linked us up with other local professionals to service our pool, mow our lawn & helped us set up utility services in a new town. Her hospitality is unmatched. She's a gem of a person & if you're lucky enough to work with her, she will leave you buzzing with a nostalgic happiness that remembers how there really are good people in the world still.

We had been looking for a nice place to retire for about a year and decided to look at the Georgia side of Lake Hartwell. Based on what we read online about Pam we decided to ask her for help. (As it later turned out, two people in Hartwell told us we could not have selected a better person, and we believe they were right!) She was very good in all phases of the home buying process. Pam quickly educated us on the market, showed homes that fit our criteria, and helped us find a real jewel that was in our price range. Since this is only the second house we have ever purchased, we needed someone to help guide us through the process, and Pam was there at every step. When we asked for a recommendation (e.g., lender, property inspector, closing attorney, etc.) she provided only the very best people. I really believe her network is not about "buddies" but is about providing the best professional for each application. At closing I asked Pam if we had been "high maintenance" clients and she politely said no. I think we pestered her pretty badly, but she always communicated instantly, whether we were calling, texting or emailing. Pam was always helpful, even with our dumber questions.On a personal note, Pam is a well educated, bright person. She is fun to interact with and has the focus and clarity of thought of a mathematician. She was a fierce advocate for us in buying and no doubt does the same in seller representation. Finally, since she mentions it online I will mention it here; her Christian faith is real.We will use or recommend no one other than Pam for the Lake Hartwell area.
