I was transferred to the Raleigh Area and had little time to find a new home because our current home sold quickly. To make things worse, our search was during the holidays. Shannon did a great job lining up numerous showings for a marathon weekend house hunting trip and taking us around Cary, Raleigh and Chapel Hill so we could explore our options.We didn't find the right home that weekend, but I stayed a few more days for work. Shannon was able book and take me to a few more showings, despite being in the middle of her own move. A house that seemed like a good fit then came onto the market. The owner wasn't ready for a showing due to work scheduling, but Shannon did everything she could to get me into the house before my flight. The owner finally agreed, and it turned out to be the perfect house for us. With us being remote, she also helped by taking the lead on the inspection, getting the findings resolved, and other tasks. I truly appreciate her efforts throughout the entire process. What could have been a really stressful endeavor went as smoothly as possible.
