Grant Wortman is an Amazing man! Very professional, informative, helpful, on top of his job, and accessible. We were on the verge of foreclosure. Life had been ruff, and it was taking its toll on our finances. We contacted Grant, and he got right on it with helping us through. Within the week he set up a meeting with us, had the comps for our area, checked it our house and property, gave us instructions on what needed to be done to help it sell as fast as possible, and we had it on the market within about 2 weeks.Signs were up in the yard, and by the end of the first week all other advertisement was up and going.With all of his ways of advertising your home to get it out there for more people to see, it definitely paid off. Not that all homes do, but ours was under contract 2 weeks after being put on the market! We personally believe it was God's doing, but also know it was through Grant. And we are beyond Grateful! The sell process was as easy as it could possibly be, given the circumstances we were under. Grant kept us informed, he explained things to us well, and the signing process was made easy in the comfort and convenience of our home.
