We recently bought the house which we liked and Emily helped us and negotiated very nicely. She won us over due to the fact that she actually listens to what her clients ask for and did not waste our time with homes we would not consider. She was very knowledgeable and well connected to the home markets in Cerritos, Cypress, and LaPalma. We never felt pressured during the process to buy beyond our means or make offers on homes we did not 100% like. She was not putting under pressure but was looking for the right fit for us. She notified me for the house that I bought just before it was coming out in the market and did a fantastic job of trying some tricks to get the house for me. She helped us negotiate a fair price with the seller and pretty much held our hand through the whole buying process until the close of escrow. Very Very prompt and professional and responds to email/text even mid night. I would highly recommend Emily due to the fact that she really looks out for the buyers interest. She is totally honest which is refreshing in the real estate industry. Thanks again Emily and Hank, your guidance was much appreciated.

As a first time home buyer with a first time child on the way, my wife and I looked 3 months on our own to purchase a home to no avail. A family member then put us in touch with Emily who we agreed to have represent us in our search.... At our first meeting, she showed us a home that fit our requirements but was a bit over our price range. She informed us that the seller had multiple offers at or above asking price but discussed her strategy with us to make our offer as competitive and attractive as possible. She drew up a realistic offer which we agreed upon and submitted it. To much of our surprise, Emily informed us early morning the next day that our offer had been accepted. With multiple offers on the table, we didnt expect our offer to be accepted... or accepted that fast even. After our acceptance, Emily patiently guided us through the next steps in the home buying process. We had a snag in our loan process due to a mis/lack of communication from our LO, however, we informed Emily of our predicament and she intervened on our behalf and was able to assist in resolving the situation for us. After that, everything else went smoothly.I would highly recommend Emily to my friends and family.
