There are not enough words to describe Ann and how wonderful she is. Ann became a part of my journey through life when I was stuck at a fork in the road and didn't know which way to turn. She guided me through the most difficult times and was always there to help me when I needed her. I had never met Ann before but it felt like I knew her forever. She treated us like family. Not only was she professional, she was fun, down to earth, had a huge heart, and helped me in ways that went above and beyond my expectations of an agent. Ann helped me find the resources I needed to prepare the house for sale. Ann was not only an agent selling a home, she became a counselor, mentor, friend and someone that I could call on at anytime and talk to about my ideas, as well as uncertainties. Although in the end Ann felt like she didn't do much because the house sold before it went up for sale, she truly was a blessing to me and she will always hold a spot in my heart and I will always be grateful of her. In the most difficult time in my life I'm thankful to look back see she was a part of it, because without her I would've never made it.

We listed our Arlington house with Ann Wilson after our disappointing 4-month listing with a discount realtor expired... with no offers and no useful feedback from our agent. What a contrast! Ann came in with a fresh perspective and a convincing explanation of our target market. (I showed our house to 4 other highly-rated agents and Ann had the best insights.) Ann and her team staged our house from scratch without our help (we'd already moved to Colorado), held two open houses, and presented us with competing offers three weeks after re-launching our listing. We accepted an offer slightly above our asking price and closed 6 weeks later. Anytime we turned to Ann with questions (about inspection, appraisal, buyer requests, lien waivers, etc.) she contacted the appropriate counter-party and got us prompt and accurate answers. We credit Ann with the successful sale of our house, and now understand how important it was for us to work with the right agent!
