My first agent didn't want to show me homes I wanted to look at, she always had a reason why I wouldn't want them and only wanted me to look at places she liked, which I didn't like. Patti showed me any home I asked her about, even if she knew I wouldn't want them, she showed them anyway, she walked me through everything I asked about and was always willing to help, very knowledgeable and professional. Negotiating the price and terms was well beyond excellent, Patti is outstanding in that aspect, I think if I decided I only wanted to pay $1 she could have found a way to do that Patti has a lot of knowledge and patience, towards the end of my purchase things started getting difficult and frustrating, I think if it wasn't for Patti helping me through I would have given up on this property.
