Recently purchased my first home working with John. We chose him over our previous realtor and the difference was night and day! John was able to listen to our home layout desires and keep all his suggestions on point with our asks. We had a very limited time window to purchase a house, and he still found us our perfect home. Once the home was picked out he fought tooth and nail to get everything taken care of repair wise for us to make it as safe and move in ready as possible. He also took a lot of stress out of our hands by taking care of phone calls and paperwork, essentially taking care of things for us so we could focus on how excited we were instead of focusing on the stress! He was efficient, fast, and always quick to respond with lots of updates every step of the way. Overall John is an excellent realtor and person, and his realtor experience, combined with his home renovation I experience makes him the perfect candidate for a realtor who can find your perfect home and one that he knows has good bones and structure and is move in ready!
