Kenneth Sharp was recommended to us by a close trusted friend. Kenneth was very thorough throughout the entire process and communicated frequently and clearly. He listened to us and understood what ours needs were. Kenneth found multiple properties for us to consider based on our conversations with him. He explained what type of price we could expect based on the condition of the house, location, current market, and other factors. Once we made a decision on a property, he started negotiations with the seller and the seller's agent immediately. Kenneth is very knowledgeable and transparent about every aspect of the home buying process and his inspector was VERY thorough and provided a written report with a verbal explanation of everything he recorded. I believe that we got a good deal and a great home. I would absolutely use Kenneth again when purchasing a home.
