Leah was our advocate throughout the whole process. After only casually looking to buy, we stumbled into an open house, decided we wanted to put in an offer, and called Leah. She responded right away and we met later in the day. We wanted to move fast and she was able to supply us with additional resources immediately. I never felt like I was burdening her with a request. We ended up being out-bid for the first house, but she really showed her expertise on the house we purchased. The house needed some work and we were not comfortable paying full price. She worked with us to create an aggressive strategy that ultimately yielded us $10k in closing cost assistance. Leah was professional and communicative. She would even call to let us know there was still nothing to report. We never had to initiate the communication. I would strongly recommend her to any first time home buyer because she always respected my budget and my time.
