We can honestly say we don't know if we would be in our present home if it was not for Tina Hare. Our family relocated from New Jersey and knew very little about the housing market and specific communities in Ventura County. Our home buying process was elongated with the birth of our second child, a distant relocation and what turned out to be significant challenges in the closing of our property, at no fault of us or our realtor, Tina. Three things come to mind when I think through our time partnering with Tina. First, her high level of communication. Tina would respond to our inquiries in a very timely way, if not immediately, and even offered us virtual FaceTime tours of properties we had an interest in, as the majority of our home prospecting was done remotely and 2700 miles away. Secondly, knowledge of the community and the housing market. Tina provided a fair and balanced outlook on the pros and cons to the properties we were interested in. By understanding our "hot buttons" very early on, she was able to offer feedback and encourage us to keep our priorities in mind throughout our home search. Finally, Tina has the absolute best interest of her clients in mind. Despite being in a challenging situation with the sellers of our home once under contract, Tina went out of her way to ensure we had all of the resources available to us to move forward with obtaining ownership of the property. Had Tina not been in our corner, I am not sure our situation would have ended up as positive as it has. We are very grateful to Tina for her partnership in finding and securing our wonderful home!
