What can I say, Gary is the man! When we decided to sell our first home we wanted a professional, a full time Agent , with experience, we knew we wanted someone who was at the top of the class and who was familiar with our area. After reading online reviews of Gary Thompson , my wife and I contacted him for a consolation. From the first conversation Gary was pleasant and attentive. This was important to us , even though he was listing large expensive properties , we believe he gave our humble starter home the same care and never made us feel second class. He arrived on time with his own computer , remote WiFi and LCD Tv to provide us with his vision for our home sale. Gary was always pleasant and a family man, even bring a wiffle ball set for my 5 year old on a visit. Gary took special attention to address my wife and I equally , most of our interactions were done in a group text but he was always a phone call away. Secondly, Gary has a team at Century 21 that assist him that jump into action if he is unavailable to see a home. Third he has people in every industry to assist you get your home primed for sale at a great price! When it was suggested we stage our home , he had someone and he paid for it! Our home looked beautiful, she did and outstanding job. We had around 60 appts in 3 weeks to see the home. Gary is on the cutting edge of technology having us download an app to our phones which dictated which appointments we would accommodate. Leaving us in control of the process. Having three young kids and a elderly dog in the Home was difficult for showing , Gary always made it work for us. Like anything in life youre unfamiliar with you have to place a certain amount of trust in the people you hire, Gary is that guy. Every bit of guidance , every direction he pointed us too was correct and saved us money. He was able to secure a buyer for our home and negotiate a fair deal for our home on our terms with weeks. Gary continued to be our agent during the purchase of our dream home. He single handedly made a tough negotiation tolerable to make the deal happen. Even going above and beyond to make the deal happen. Personally we can not say enough about Gary Thompson and his colleagues at Century 21. We could not be happier with how the selling and buying of our forever home went. Trust is tough to come by these days. I can tell you this, after meeting and dealing with Gary we trusted him with everything! Do yourself and family a favor and have a sit down with him. Youll soon find that he is the man you want in your corner ! We will be recommending him to family friends for their realtor needs. Thank you Gary, we are forever grateful of what you did for us!
