This is our second experience as a real estate seller with Jacob so we are highly likely to recommend him and have already done so. We found his local expertise and advocacy very impressive on both occasions. As an example, he went to bat for us with power and internet services when he saw that our lines were too low. We were always impressed with his expertise throughout the process whenever he explained details of transactions or answered our questions. He kept us informed of changes in a timely fashion and promptly responded to our calls. Jacob's negotiation skills were excellent and he always considered our input in concert with his professional opinions and expertise. We did feel the initial listing price for our home may have been too high and, in hind sight, Jacob concurred. However, we were very happy with the offer on our home within four weeks, the negotiated sales price, and our overall experience with Jacob.
