Hanna is AMAZING. When we moved to the area and started looking for homes we did not sign with a realtor. Instead we called all the listing agents on homes we were interested in and checking their knowledge when viewing a listing. This also allowed us to keep our FSBO options open. Hanna definitely impressed us with her professionalism and knowledge. When my wife toured a house Hanna had listed she was very welcoming and knew everything about the house. This is not the case with many other realtors. She also was not pushy for us to "sign on" with her. We later wanted to view another house and since Hanna had offered her services we reached out to her and she immediately made time to show us the house. Keep in mind her team (Jeff and Hanna) are extremely busy! She pointed out things in that house that we never would of thought about. There was also a FSBO in the neighborhood and she got on her phone right away to see if the house could be seen. After that I was sold. She is exactly what you want in an agent. She was patient with us, answered all of our questions (no matter how simple they may have seemed) and was a consummate professional the entire time. It took us 8 months to find the perfect home and they day after it went on the market we were under contract! Hanna works fast and knows how to get things done. I know when we go to sell our house, many years from now, Hanna will be the ONLY realtor I call to do so!
