Kathy is a top-notch realtor. Her skills and expertise make the experience of buying or selling a house a pleasant and exciting experience. Kathy priced our house properly and because of this and her advice to de-clutter as well as a few other factors, it sold within a week! What a great feeling this was! She also used a very good photographer who truly captured the house in pictures. Once the process got started, Kathy made sure all the paperwork was in place and everything was done every step of the way. She made us feel comfortable and at ease with her friendly and professional nature and this gave us assurance that she was taking care of things. Our closing went so very well and this is also a sign of her skills and experience. Kathy was also the realtor I bought this house through. This was also an excellent experience - I also contracted with Kathy too sell my moms house when we had to sell hers. Again the experience was a good one. I would highly recommend Kathy when looking for a realtor.

Kathy made the process of selling our first home and purchasing our second much smoother than I ever would have imagined it could be. I interviewed other realtors and what stood out about Kathy was her knowledge and appreciation of the area in which we were selling. She had an honest assessment of its upsides and downsides and promptly provided a comparative market analysis which she guided us through. Despite our house being in a lower priced bracket (and thus not a giant commission maker) she took us seriously and worked very hard for us. Kathy always returned calls and informed us of events promptly. She accurately gauged the market as was proven when our house sold to the first buyer at exactly asking price. Also, and you cant underestimate this during such a stressful process, she was friendly and encouraging, professional, and not at all pushy. Due to trips out of the area on both our parts, I didnt get to spend much time with Kathy during the buying process. Its too bad because I would have appreciated her opinions, but on the other hand I was happy to find my next house relatively quickly. Kathy finessed the negotiations and both closings. I have no doubt that there were countless things she did behind the scenes I wasnt even aware of.
