Where do I begin? I was looking to downsize my house, my payment and still maintain a comfortable home for my family. Dan spent hours with me preparing my house (meaning for pictures) and my open house (although weather was not in my favor) was well worth both our effort and time. From my open house, I had an interested buyer- who is now the current home owner. I had done my homework and knew the homes in the area, and Dan provided excellence in touring my small town. We seen 7 homes in one day, all in my price range, all in city limits, and 2 out of the 7 I shown interest in. Within 24 hours of browsing the neighborhood, I knew the home I wanted and the negotiations began. Dan always provided expert advise, paid attention to fine detail, and in the end I walked away with exactly what I was looking for. With a few "minor" bumps during the 24 hours of closing (the previous tenants not wanting to let me in the yard, cursing at me, and their realtor trying to negotiate me not staying in the home, their realtor requesting I have all of my deliveries rescheduled for the weekend, and their realtor asking that I give them time, and also that I could be put up in a hotel) , the sale and the purchase of my new home are just that of a memory and I am happy to say I now have the home that I was looking for! Dan Perks: Always professional Prompt with emails and communications (even when he is away on vacation) Extremely helpful in doing what his client needs (even helped me with rental truck and "light" moving)
