I am happy to provide a review of Chris Chiaramonte. Chris was our realtor for our recent home purchase, which was our first home buying experience. Although there are many D.I.Y. and internet resources available to homebuyers and sellers, we found unmatched value in having Chris represent us in our home search, negotiations, and eventual purchase.I have known Chris for years, and being a first-time home buyer, it was extremely important to my wife and I that we had a trusted ally that would spend time with us around our busy schedules, and most importantly, someone that would be focused on our specific interests, rather than trying to make a quick sale. Throughout our several month search, Chris acted with our best interests in mind, and never rushed us to a decision. Due to our busy work schedule, Chris arranged several weekend meetings and took calls during the evenings to discuss properties and other related questions. Further, outside of showing homes, working with other sellers and listing agents, and guiding us through the paperwork, Chris was able to provide us multiple resources that streamlined our home purchase and gave us peace of mind as we went through closing and moved into our new home.Chris provided valuable research, expertise, and key insights in the local market which enabled us to make an informed decision, and he ultimately negotiated a great deal on our behalf! Chris has also continued to stay connected since we moved in several weeks ago, providing ongoing support and assistance.We utilized many resources for home buyers during this process, but I can confidently say that without Chris input and guidance, we would have been lost.
