We haven't sold or bought a lot of real estate, but enough to have had a bad experience or two. Not the case with Toni Stricklin, we heard about her from some of our friends and our son who she helped buy his first house. Toni Stricklin is very busy all the time and for a very good reason, she has so many clients and listings because she is in such demand. It is hard to find quality service these days and Toni knows how to give just that. We were very pleased to see her market our property, she did a great job in the descriptions, used only correct factual information, and the pictures were awesome. She even brought in some furniture to stage it nicely. Couple all that with her knowledge of all the procedures and requirements and BINGO we got an acceptable offer during the first week from somebody that attended the open house. Thank you Toni Stricklin for making that part of our lives a little easier.
