If? you are looking for a real estate agent, we highly recommend Eric, you wont be disappointed!Eric helped us purchase our home in Auburn and we couldnt be more pleased with the whole experience. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market, which was a high priority requirement for us, coming from out of town. We, like most buyers, were looking for a specific type of property and we worked with Eric to come up with a list of possibilities. He arranged for us to view all of the properties, there were several, and made himself available to show them to us, right away. When we arrived to meet Eric, he handed us a folder with a comprehensive and extremely thorough (and extremely helpful) packet that had details about each of the homes, the area and also included directions to each of the properties. As out of towners, we found this to be extremely helpful and above and beyond what we have typically experienced. We didnt like any of the properties but Eric was fine with that and ready to move forward. It was a few days later that the perfect property popped up and we immediately called Eric and he arranged for us to see it that day, which we did! An offer followed very shortly thereafter. Eric handled the closing process like the professional that he is, arranging for all the various inspections, etc., that we wanted and addressing all matters timely and efficiently. All this and he is a really really nice guy! If you are looking for a real estate agent, we highly recommend Eric, you wont be disappointed!

My husband and I decided to relocate from the Bay Area to the Auburn/Grass Valley/Forest Hill area to be closer to family. OK, first step aEUR" find a real estate agent. We got some recommendations from friends regarding agents in Roseville. What do agents in Roseville know about the areas we were looking at?! OK, maybe some do, but we wanted an experienced local who knows the neighborhoods, etc. So I went online and found Eric (his office is located in Lake of the Pines and he lives in the area) aEUR" thanks to my fellow reviewers. We concur with all of the other reviews that Eric is fantastic. He just has this steady, calm personality that is really reassuring during the craziness of buying a new home. He must have taken us to 50 or some homes over a period of a few months. He never batted an eye when we said too run-down, too small, too big, land isnt usable as it is on a hill, and my favorite one by me aEURoeThis house feels sad.aEUR? So being the good agent that he is, he learned exactly what we were looking for. We would contact him constantly to go look at house we found online, and he always replied promptly and patiently. The sale of our house in the Bay Area then got put aEURoeon holdaEUR? by the Coronavirus panic. So we went into a lull for looking at new places. But Eric, having learned what we liked, found our perfect house for us, before it even went on the market. We walked in, and it felt like home. Hes brilliant. Throughout the whole process, Eric was just so easy to work with. And he has a million contacts aEUR" roofers, painters, etc. We wanted to order a roof inspection of the new place, and Eric arranged it quickly while on vacation! Long story short, go with Eric. Dont even look at other realtors.
