Marcy helped us find and purchase our current home. We were quite the challenging customer... We lived in Northeast Illinois and wanted to move to Northwest Indiana during a sellers market. When we listed our home in Illinois it unexpectedly sold in 3 days and we had 45 days to be out, but nowhere to go. Because of my familys busy work schedule and traffic (through Chicago) it was really difficult to get to open houses. In-fact, many houses were listed and sold before a weekend! We were concerned about our time frame and began working with Marcy. She found several homes that met our (picky) criteria and coordinated a day full of back to back viewings. We found the perfect house that day but it was missing a pole barn, which was a deal breaker for my husband. Marcy did all of the leg work and research for us, including calling the county permitting office, to confirm we wold be able to build the building we wanted on our new property. She went above and beyond several times. She made the process easy to understand and smooth. We were able to sign and submit documents on our phone- it doesnt get any easier than that! We didnt have any surprises during closing; we felt well informed, comfortable, and confident that our best interests were covered. I now recommend Marcy to anyone and everyone!
