Stockton was an AWESOME agent! He always replied to texts and emails swiftly. He has a really good understanding of the local market, and many people we came in to contact with during the process spoke highly of him. He was so patient with us in the beginning and just starting the process, answering all of our questions, always available to go see a house. In this market right now, Stockton was exactly who we needed. He is on point! We were at a showing, he looks at his phone, and goes, Guys, we need to see this house. It just came on the market right now. You have to see it. He knew based on our time together and previous showings that wed love it. Right then and there, he set our appointment to see it in an hour. We put in an offer. Multiple bids by 5pm. Stockton guided us how to structure our offer to be strong without being insane, and we got it!! I just cant say enough great things about him. He helped us find a lender, who after shopping around, did indeed give us the best rate. He was always extremely professional, and yet approachable. We will call him again the next time we buy a home. Highly recommended!
