Neil has been absolutely professional since day one. Met him completely unrelated to a home sale and found out he was a realtor and a Veteran. He was on time for our initial meet/walkthrough, helped me identify the upgrades I should do, and walked me through every step of the sale process when I needed it. He helped me and my out of state wife when we had questions, offered sound advice when we hit the normal speed bumps that life throws at you, and made selling a house much easier and less intimidating than anticipated. He even went to a few appointments at my house to meet companies for quotes that I couldnt make it to due to work requirements. He was also always available, no matter what day and time. I cannot say enough great things about having Neil as your realtor. I thought my last realtor was good; Neil was much better. I will be recommending him to anyone I know for home sale/purchase.
