Jeff is THE BEST AGENT anyone could ever ask for and I cannot recommend him more if you are looking to purchase or sell your home. This is my third home purchase, and somehow Jeff made the process smooth and uneventful for my family of three preschoolers. He took care of our family at every step along the way - listening to our needs, providing us with relevant and timely information, staying ahead of the game, advising us, connecting us with his network of contacts at the right time along the way - allowing us to focus attention on our children and minimizing the impact of the move on them without being overly stressed about the actual sale and purchase.From the very beginning, Jeff was honest, caring, empathetic and truly thoughtful of our needs. He listened to what we were looking for in a home - not only to our direct list of wants, but also to our reactions and what we said we liked/did not like as we worked through the active properties on the market. His searches and advice were based on those needs, and even when we started to stray or doubt ourselves he was able to tactfully and expertly bring us back to those needs, helping us find the perfect home for our family. During the offer/negotiation process he went out of his way to leverage his entire network of home inspectors and mortgage brokers to make our offer the most attractive possible - even finding some folks to come in on their vacation days to help us out when he thought it would improve the offer. Jeff was prompt and professional throughout the process and continues to advise us post-purchase with advice on contractors as well as tips and advice about the local area. Preparing our home for the market Jeff took care of every aspect of the sale. Jeff provided honest feedback on our home and areas he recommended we address prior to listing. He connected us with his network of contractors when needed, and took care of the entire staging, listing and marketing process for us. Throughout negotiations he provided sound and knowledgeable advice to get us the best price for the market in the area. I cannot say enough about Jeff and HIGHLY recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

If you need a real estate agent, you need to stop reading my review now and CALL Jeff Ganz IMMEDIATELY!!! :-)He is simply THE BEST real estate agent EVER and I mean.....EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He is KNOWLEDGEABLEHe is HONEST He is PATIENTHe is UNDERSTANDINGHe is THOROUGHHe is CARINGHe is an EXCEPTIONAL LISTENERHe is OBJECTIVEHe is REALISTICHe is RESPONSIVEHe is TRUSTWORTHYIf you're still reading this review, you clearly don't trust me, but you should, and just call him. :-)As a first time home-buyer, I needed to find an agent that could help me. I had a very challenging and trying experience with buying a home before the Lord blessed me with Jeff. Little did I know the day I contacted another Century 21 agent, that Jeff would be my agent. From day one, he listened to my concerns, frustrations, etc and made me feel very comfortable, which is NOT an easy thing to do. He has been in the business for over 15 years, and HE... KNOWS...HIS...STUFF. He's so great at making you feel like you are his only client, and I haven't quite figured out how he does it, but he just does. He has a way of balancing everyone and everything out so that you have the attention you need from him. I could give you the details of how he took an overwhelming process and made it palatable for me, but my review would be too long (as if it isn't already), and you would be wasting time reading, rather than calling Jeff and seeing for yourself. I can honestly say, he puts client needs above his own. He's not in it for the commission; he sincerely wants you to find your DREAM home, and he found that home for me. I LOVE coming home to my house everyday and I TRULY thank the Lord Jesus for Jeff Ganz. Call him and I promise you, you will not regret your decision.
