Bree is amazing, she understood what we were looking, set us up with searches. We found what we thought was our property. Bree was phenomenal with negotiations, setting up study period and guiding us through it. When that contract didnt meet study requirements, she easily and seamlessly regrouped and within weeks we found an even better fit. Again, we entered into study period, and she negotiated the contract. We had some seller issues with Title, and Bree calmly yet confidently guided and renegotiated the contract and study period. Bree is a consumate professional, I am not a low maintenance client, pretty set on what I want and will do. Bree met my every expectation and was a delight and perfect source of information, guidance and good nature throughout. First time home buyer and Bree helped me every step of the way. From finding homes, to viewing them and finally closing on the right home. Bree is professional, knowledgable, and she guided me through the process of buying a home, explaining things whenever I had a question. When viewing houses and doing walkthroughs, Bree pointed out things that were important that as a first time buyer I would not have known to look for. She was quick to respond when homes or questions came up last minute and communicated information with me whenever it came available to make the process as smooth as possible. When it came to scheduling events like the inspection and closing, Bree took care of it all and connected us with other professionals. When the sellers had to reschedule something last minute, Bree coordinated things to make sure the overall schedule was on track so I could close at the planned time.
