What a journey the home buying experience was for us, but Tad was the consummate professional the entire time. Because of certain criteria we had, it was a long 8 months of searching, getting our hopes up, only to be let down, but Tad was always there with a word of encouragement and a new listing. We wanted acreage with our home; Tad would walk every single acre with us that the land would allow. He always answered our myriad of questions that arose and reminded us how things worked in the real estate world. From our first contract, to the closing of our final selection, Tad was there with his ever-friendly smile, understanding of life's bumps in the road, and guidance. We have no intention of ever buying or selling again, but we will always recommend Tad to anyone looking for an awesome agent!

When I first started working with Tad, I thought he was great. I told him what I wanted to see and when I wanted to see it and he made it happen. Then the unthinkable happened, I lost my financing in underwriting. The panic that ensued was unbelievable. I went to my bank to try get financing and was turned down. We were devastated. I asked Tad to inform the seller and he said no. He asked that I give him the opportunity to reach out to some of his contacts. I had already given up. Tad went to two different mortgage companies and explained what happened and both companies called me the same day. In the meantime, Tad contacted the seller and explained the situation and the seller graciously gave us time to get the ball rolling again. I signed the papers on my new home today. I can't honestly say who was more excited me or Tad. He completely brushed off the idea that he did anything special. He said he was just doing his job. What Tad considers "just doing his job" is everyone else's over and beyond! When I gave up, Tad didn't. Without him, I would not have my new home. He is the one you want working with you to sell or buy a home. I can NEVER thank him enough.
