Many hurdles can come between you and the home you must have. Corinne knows these jumps and how to clear them in time. Banks are ridiculous right now with scrutiny and tedious processing. Appraisers may crush your financing ability. Corinne is Networked with the top professionals in the industry from every facet. She is pleasure to work with fun and kind. She negotiated a Backhoe in with my residential purchase and moved it through financing without problems. She knows how to structure creative contracts to obtain want you want. If you failed to close with others she may be the advocate you need to push through the bs. She will also help you realise what your needs are, why certain homes with good vibes are a poor choice, identify potential disasters, and will talk you out a whim purchase that is wrong for you. She is not a harsh closer, she will close on you to make an offer when she knows she should for your sake. It's easy to get overwhelmed through the process but Corinne can handle lash outs, insanity's you may dish out, and she'll get you through it! After its all said and done you will be impressed with her... I was very glad I signed a contract with her, she had the assertiveness it took to get us through it. Thank you Corinne Bernard!!! P.S. I was a Realtor once upon a time before working with Corinne but left the business for another profession (HVAC), that is why my review sounds engineered or fake, I assure you it is authentic and she merited the review 100%.
