We sold our previous home and bought a new home about five months ago, and Geeta Phadte was our realtor for both the operations. Choosing Geeta is the best decision we have made for this. Geeta's knowledge in the real estate market and the properties in the Bay Area is unparalleled. Despite the nature of the market in the Bay Area for buying and selling, the whole operation went without a hitch, from the start to the end. We especially appreciate her openness and forthrightness in dealing with all the inspection reports and all legal matters. She is very friendly, honest, helpful and always approachable. Moreover, her ability to understand our needs and demands was very remarkable, as she was able to help us through the offers that we put in, all the way till we got the keys to our new home. In particular, her negotiation skills (for both buying and selling) are quite amazing!On the whole, our experience has been excellent, and we would very highly recommend Geeta.

Geeta helped us buy our first town house in San Jose area. She was extremely helpful and patient and worked through all our need with diligence. She was attentive to our personal need of sometimes seeing the house before/after the open house on weekdays to go over each and every aspect of the house. We always felt that open houses are good to sort out your list but one should always see the house without the hustle bustle of an open house to make a more objective decision. She was always available to answer, discuss and participate. Never ever felt hurried and pushed towards a purchase. Geeta is extremely hard working and very detail oriented when it comes to procedures and paperworks . She also educated us one each aspect of the paperworks we are signing and made sure we understand the ramification of each of them . We went through 3 unsuccessful offers aEUR" and her handling of each of them were excellent. One of these offers the seller was accepting personal/face to face offer ( buyers agent will personally present the offer to the seller agents. There were many offers which were made using the electronic mode but Geeta made an excellent personal presentation to the sellers about our offer and we were among the top ones among the selection. She also guided us the counter offer process. During this we also learned an excellent attribute Geeta that comes with experience aEUR" She makes good working rapport with the listing/seller agent and calls and communicates with them on regular basis.Coming to the successful bid aEUR" it was successful because of Geetas hard work , dedication ,attentive to details and her support. It was one of those rare scenarios when seller wanted to come out of the contract 5 days before the closing in spite of us meeting all our deadlines and contingency in the process. We got this communication from the sellers attorney late in the night. Geeta was awake till 4 in the morning to create a detailed file for our side of the entire procedure so that we can work and take professional assistance of an attorneys if needed. The next day Geeta accompanied us to an experienced attorney who actually commended Geeta on her procedural and diligent paperwork. We followed the recommendation from our attorney that we continue the process and send the formal response to the seller. The next 5 stressful days Geeta assisted us in completing all the procedures aEUR" working with the mortgage broker to make sure there is no delay in funding of the loan , working with the title company to make sure that the seller completed their formalities. Recently we sold our home in Fremont with the help of Geeta. She is truly a good real estate agent and a good person. She helped us through the basic renovation work like painting, carpet change etc. Geeta helped to stage our home for selling as well. From painting to staging to home inspection, her whole team was really good. I did not worry about getting job done because Geeta was alway top of every detail. Geeta gave really good exposure to our home by listing it on various sites. She held two open house events for my home, and both time she worked very hard, and events were very successful. We got multiple offers in fifteen days after we put our home in the market. Geetas negotiating skills with buyer was really good.
