We sold our previous home and bought a new home about five months ago, and Geeta Phadte was our realtor for both the operations. Choosing Geeta is the best decision we have made for this. Geeta's knowledge in the real estate market and the properties in the Bay Area is unparalleled. Despite the nature of the market in the Bay Area for buying and selling, the whole operation went without a hitch, from the start to the end. We especially appreciate her openness and forthrightness in dealing with all the inspection reports and all legal matters. She is very friendly, honest, helpful and always approachable. Moreover, her ability to understand our needs and demands was very remarkable, as she was able to help us through the offers that we put in, all the way till we got the keys to our new home. In particular, her negotiation skills (for both buying and selling) are quite amazing!On the whole, our experience has been excellent, and we would very highly recommend Geeta.

Geeta was our realtor who helped us buy our dream home. As first time buyers, we are greatly indebted to her for helping us go from open house to moving in.First, Geeta was patient and informative when taking us to open houses, listings, and new constructions. There were a lot of factors we weren't aware of like Mello-Roos or low-lying flood areas. Geeta personally gathered the proper resources and made sure we had those checks in place. Next, she negotiated a free refrigerator and washer-dryer when buying the home. She did not rush us into signing anything before the conditions were met. Finally, when closing the home, she went over all the documents with us, even saving us few hundred dollars mortgage. In summary, she has great attention to detail, is very meticulous, and is an excellent realtor.

I would highly recommend Geeta Phadte to home sellers as well as buyers. She is the best realtor I have ever met. First of all, Geeta Phadte is very professional and she walked us over thoroughly on the home selling process - step by step. Then, she prepared all necessary documentation perfectly and reviewed them with keen eyes ensuring that we signed & initialed each and every piece of document.Geeta Phadte also communicated with us via email, phone, text messages daily on all the activities of our listing making sure that we know what is going on with our listing. Geeta Phadte as a realtor fought hard for us to get a good deal during the selling process even when she went for a medical treatment. She called us, until the very last minute her doctor wheeled her away from her cell phone. And then, when she woke up from her surgery, she immediately checked up on our on-going contract and kept us posted as we were on a business trip in another state.Today, the Escrow /Title Company deposited our net proceeds to our accounts and we are so happy for a great home sale with the kind and enduring help & assistance from Geeta Phadte. Geeta Phadte is really an excellent realtor both for a home seller and a home buyer, she has extensive knowledge and expertise in California Bay area real estate.
