We met Ramez at an open house in Foster city.We hired him because he is eager to work and enthusiastic. When we told him our target area for a single family home is a couple of blocks he literally knocked on every door in the neighborhood to see if anyone was putting their house on the market. The house that we ultimately purchased came on the market on a Thursday 1/16, he showed us the house that evening itself. We were ready with our offer on Friday, the sellers took all the offers the following Monday and Monday evening we found out our offer was excepted. We closed on 2/6 (in 15 days) He also found us tenants within 5 days of our offer being excepted. He is very very prompt and very hardworking. Ramez also was very helpful when we were in contract for the house- to arrange for all the vendors to come and give us a quote on the potential repairs in the house. We had some vendors scheduled multiple times a day- Ramez was always there on time. He only had our interests in mind and showed us multiple houses before they came on the market to get us a good deal. I highly recommend Ramez and wish him only the best!
