Omar is the best! We began working with Omar towards the end of 2019, put the house search on hold in 2020 with the pandemic, and he helped navigate us through the crazy market in 2021 to help us find and land our dream home that we didn't think would be possible! He blew past all our expectations with his responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail for our specific needs and or requests. Omar is incredibly patient and provides an incredibly valuable perspective with his experience in real estate and construction. Omar routinely pointed out small things that I believe most buyers/sellers or other agents would miss including things not meeting code due to the spacings of things or set backs and gave insights on how easy or complex big or small renovations or repairs would be regardless of how simple or bad things appeared. Time spent walking through houses with Omar was orders of magnitude more valuable than any amount of time spent on Zillow, Redfin, etc. 10/10 would recommend if you're anywhere in the Peninsula!
