My husband and I have worked with Robin for the past two years...to buy one home. We were very specific in our needs/wants, and Robin was extremely patient through the process. Robin understood that we had no timeline to buy a home and at no point did we feel rushed or pushed by her. Robin kept in contact with us through the course of two years; she checked in with us on a regular basis to see if our needs/wants had changed to make sure she was showing us the properties that best met our criteria. Robin was quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls. If she did not know an answer to a question, she utilized all outlets available to her to find the answer. Robin even called the Mayor for a future development question that we had. Whenever buying a home, emotions are high, it's a stressful situation...are we making the right decision, is this the best house for us, are we making a mistake, how is the inspection going to turn out, negotiations...and the list goes on. Robin was there through all of it and we felt supported in her actions. My husband and I highly recommend Robin as a realtor, she has the best intentions for your family!

We met Robin at a showing that we went to just window shopping. We thought actually buying a house was out of our reach for several more years. Robin listened to our situation and assured us we could do it. she found lenders willing to work with us, went to LOTS of showings with us as we shopped around (even during a pandemic), helped us negotiate a great deal on a property that fit all the needs of our family of 7. She was with us through the entire process, answering questions even late or on weekends. When covid threw the whole process into chaos, she pushed the lenders, lawyers, sellers agent, inspectors, and anyone else involved to a speedy resolution. She was there to consul us when things went awry and to celebrate when they went well. Covid turned what should have been a 30 day closing into almost 4 months, but Robin fought for us the entire time, even going so far as to pitch in some of her own commission when the seller refused to pay for a necessary repair. WE HIGHLY RECOMEND.
