Mike came highly recommended by two friends, and I could not be more pleased with his work. My husband and I worked with Mike initially to find a home. Mike worked with us patiently for almost a whole year before we found our perfect home. Mike never pressured us or rushed us in the process. He was extremely knowledge about the area and took into consideration all of our must haves. Looking at homes with Mike never felt like a business transaction. Mike treats you like family and ensures he is working with you to buy what you want. He was focused on what we wanted but he also wasn't in a rush to sell us anything. He looked at each home with the mindset of a realtor, an inspector, and a friend. I knew that Mike would check any troublesome areas of a house and make us aware of it. He would check in often and answer all questions promptly. I was impressed that after looking at a few houses, Mike was able to discover what we liked and even found homes that I hadn't considered looking at. When you work with Mike, you know he is on your side and really working for you. After finding a home with Mike, we used him again to sell our townhouse. Mike came over and evaluated our townhouse and helps us set up to sell fast. He impressively pulled comps in the neighborhood to help us decide on a price to list at. In the first three days of showing, we had three offers. Mike helped us work thru the offers to pick the best one. He again was with us step by step and got us to close fast and over asking price! I am extremely happy with Mike's work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for their dream home or looking to sell their current home fast!
