We worked with Todd on the purchase of a home and were Very Impressed with his professionalism. He has an excellent reputation and knowledge of Auburn and the surrounding towns, this really paid off after closing... Todd did everything he said he would (which these days is not easy to find) and assisted us even after the deal closed.The seller of the property was a bank, and would not fix anything, we had to buy the property as is, which made my wife very nervous. Todd's knowledge in dealing with banks helped guided us through the transaction.Post closing, we needed a roofer to (immediately) deal with a leak, a landscaper to remove a large dead tree, and a plumber.Todd introduced us to all 3 contractors the day of closing! Todd's local contacts really helped us since were not from the area, and we needed repairs done ASAP. We were very impressed to say the least. I Highly Recommend Todd and will use him if we ever decide to sell.
