Where do I even begin to describe Kayla LeVan and her team. From the very first meeting with Kayla I knew she was the one who could sell our home. She came by and looked at the house and within days sent me a proposal, lined up home staging, and scheduled professional pictures. Our home was located in a very rural area that can sometimes be slow to sell. A buyer looking in this area would have to be intentional, usually not happenstance. Kayla was diligent and stayed on top of the listing, we even had new professional pictures refreshed as the season changed. We were under contract within 3 months, much quicker than I had anticipated. We then placed a contingent offer on a beautiful new home with Kayla as our realtor. So we were buying and selling all at the same time. When I tell you I wouldnt have made it through this process without Kayla I am not exaggerating. Selling and buying at the same time can be a little stressful. Kayla reassured me and stayed in contact with me constantly. We were able to close on both homes the same day. Everything worked out so well and I still dont know how she pulled it off. I cannot express to you have wonderful Kayla LeVan and her team were. The were professional, efficient, and caring. I never felt like a bother and I never felt unimportant. My family and I highly recommend The Kayla LeVan team.
