Josue helped us find our dream house !! We were not familiar at all with how challenging and time consuling it would be to find a house.....and all the hoops we would have to hump thru to get it. Its mind boggling how many things need to align to be able to buy a house. Credit, down payment, debt to income....and thats just a few things on our side then after all that, the house needs to fit within certain parameters as well in order to qualiffy. Needless to say we had no idea of all these things and then some. We met Josue thru a mutual friend and he has been a gift ever since. He walked us thru what we needed to do in order to qualify. After some time of helping us get all our ducks in a row we set out to start viewing houses. I have been blessed to have a partner with very speciffic and uncompromising requierments...... That sometimes can also be a challenge as it can become time consuming and a bit frustrating to meet all her requierments. I have to give major props to Josue for navegating the speciffics of all our needs with patience and tact. Not once did we feel pushed or rushed to settle for anything that did not speak to us......and there were A LOT of house that we saw that did not speak to us. Thru all this he was impressively calm and proffessional even when we were clearly getting frustrated with the process. We finally found the one, how and where we wanted it.....but a bit out of our budget. I dont know how he did it but after some intense negotiations he was able to get the price down to within our reach and boom !!! We were in.....say hello to newly minted home owners. Thank you Josue !!

I legit created this account just so I could review Josue! Omg we saw like four agents and my partner and I did not click with any of them! We talked to Josue and it was instant! Hes a dream! Lord bless him for showing us a gazillon homes - and for being patient enough to show us apartments. Obvs we decided on a home, because Josue was right, aEURoewhy pay rent when you can own a home!aEUR? The escrow was so hard, mainly because our lender couldnt get the job done, but we talked to Josue and Marty at Option One lending and we were only delayed by one week. Josues so awesome! I told him I loved knitting like randomly the first time we met, and as our closing gift he bought all these gorgeous reams of yarn and a knitted pillow with our names on it. Isnt that like the sweetest thing? Anyways, josue is our guy! We think hes a smart, got us a great deal, and found us the perfect home. Call him!!
