My husband and I met Taylor when we wanted to look at a house we found on Zillow. We felt comfortable moving forward with Taylor because of how honest and upfront he was about how much work would need to go into that house. Even though it was not the home for us, he took the time to explain what would go into a house like that one. We were looking for a home in the Seattle area on a smaller budget as we were first time home buyers. Taylor was amazing at helping us find homes within our budget and within our neighborhood preference that would work with our soon to be growing family. He was always honest and upfront about the homes we viewed and gave the pros and cons to each, knowing what we were looking for. In the end we found a home that we love! Taylor was always prompt in getting back to us and took time to answer any and all questions we had about the home buying process. He was with us every step of the way, never making us feel pressured to buy something that wasn't the right fit for us or put in a higher bid than we were comfortable with. Throughout the whole process my husband and I knew we had Taylor on our side. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great, knowledge, friendly agent!

2nd home purchase- This is my second home purchase with Taylor and just like the first I am very happy! We needed a special property to accommodate not just my immediate family but also my grandparents, who need to be close to family in case of emergency. Taylor worked so hard for us and found the perfect home for everyone. My grandparents are happy and are enjoying being away from the hustle of the city. Taylor will be the only realtor i trust to sell my other home. He is truly a wonderful person and a great friend! 1st home purchase- After trying to purchase a short sale for more than a year, with another realtor (complete and total nightmare!) We called Taylor Wolcott.......the best thing we could have done! He knocked it out of the park with everything! Keep in mind, we didn't have a lot to spend on a home. Taylor was helpful, HONEST and sent us countless homes to review. He was patient and understanding of my families needs and did I say HONEST?! Always available, as my fiancA(C) and I have opposite work schedules he made time. Knowledgeable about the area's we were looking in and was genuinely concerned for the well being of my family. He is a no bull person and always professional. If / when I purchase a home I won't use anyone else but Taylor!
