In our particular case, would have been difficult for any Realtor. short explanation: We are from Phoenix, Arizona and flew out to Northern Michigan to look at a particular house that my girlfriend fell in love with and Wayne was recommended by My girlfriends sister from her past dealings with Wayne. I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. I passed on the house that my girlfriend loved after pointing out many flaws in the house. We wandered the internet and found some other prospects and Wayne set up visits for us on these houses. Well we loved the next house and made an offer, unfortunately we came in second. Wayne worked with us on looking at other houses, while the 1st bidder withdrew his offer on the house we both loved. Made offer, was accepted and Wayne worked diligently in getting all of the paperwork completed and smoothing over the process with the title company, and with us 2200 miles away. Glad to say the entire transaction was completed in a reasonable time period and we are moving to Michigan and I recommend Wayne as your representative whether you are buying or selling.
