I had the pleasure of working with Jyothi from July to September 2020 (during the pandemic, a challenging environment). Jyothi was extremely helpful, knowledgeable (an expert in the market), supportive, reliable and responsive through the entire buying process. Jyothi went above and beyond, more than I ever expected. I had a million questions, and she answered all of them with respect, patience and professionalism; she even provided guidance when I was unsure of how to proceed. Once we found the perfect home for me, she guided me through the purchase and sale and the closing process. Jyothi referred me to loan officers, inspectors, home improvement contractors and my lawyer ? who were all great to work with. Being first time home buyers we felt very safe and secured with him as he loves explaining every detail the house offers and he is exceptional in handling negotiations. From the beginning, Frank was very impressive in explaining the nuances of each house we toured, providing the advantages and disadvantages it offers based on our requirements. He was patient and excellent in handling the communications between us and seller agent, taking in all our newbie questions, promptly communicating to sellers and carefully providing us every information that we requested. He is also exceptional in identifying the value of the house so that we dont over offer. The entire process from the day we started house hunting till the closing day was made smooth and happy thanks to him. Overall we are extremely happy with him and we found a good friend at the end of the process.
