Going through Zillow I was hesitant about what types of realtors would take a connected call when going through an automated system on a weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind voice on the other side. He gave me all the information about himself and his business, then go straight to business and got us in for a private showing within an hour of our call. His urgency to get in was what may have got us the house of our dreams as there was already an offer in on the home once we looked at it. He has a great network of lenders, attorneys, and servicers that he was willing to provide to us and make all the calls to put appointments and meetings in place. His negotiating skills are outstanding getting our offer accepted in a timely manner, then going back and getting us credits where it was needed after inspection. He was always responsive no matter the time of day and was truly invested in the process with us. I would highly recommend Andres for anyone looking to buy or sell the Methuen and surrounding markets.
