Laura became my agent after I relocated to another state and had to sell my home 'from afar". Without ever meeting face to face, she took on a huge task in managing this sale and did it providing outstanding guidance and knowledge. She was instrumental in every step, going so far above the responsibility of "real estate agent". She has a network of people that she brought in for absolutely every service needed to make the property marketable and at prices that the average home owner would never be able to negotiate. She arranged every service from cleaning up the property, repainting the interior, electrical work, landscaping to housecleaning services the day before listing.Laura checked on the property frequently, followed up with every contractor and confirmed each job was done exactly as agreed, met and accepted delivery and installation of a new refrigerator and even filled the pool to keep it at proper levels. Considering that my home was 20 miles to the nearest grocery store, every trip Laura made there was a long way for her to travel.I could not have a picked a better agent and honestly don't know that there is another person that would have been as dedicated, persistent and willing to do all that she did. I would suggest her to any person in Southern Maryland with a home to sell. I highly recommend Laura and am so grateful for everything she did for me!
