Rod Appleton has the outward appearance of a normal human, but when he gets down to business, he exhibits characteristics of a miracle worker. I needed to sell a fairly low-end property with some pretty prominent drawbacks. Rod not only advised me how to proceed to best advantage, in very short order he produced buyers willing (eager!) to overlook those drawbacks. Less than 10 days before closing, a negative mold report put closing in jeopardy. I immediately had the place mold-treated, but despaired of getting a re-test back in time (normally a 6-day turnaround). Rod somehow produced an expert who re-tested the day after the place was treated, and the report somehow was available in 24 hours after the test. During this entire process, Rod never lost his cool, always kept a positive outlook, and was unfailingly courteous and respectful to me and the buyers. My property was sold before it ever made it to the MLS. I submit that if Rod did not have some type of "super powers," this sale would never have happened. Needless to say, if you need an excellent real estate agent in western Loudoun County VA, I highly recommend Rod Appleton.
