Rod is far and away one of the best people on the planet. It's to our great benefit that he is also a top-notch realtor. We presented him with some unique family needs that made our situation challenging, a home on the low end of the market, and limited money and energy to get things up to par for the sale . From the first meeting, he made us feel completely comfortable, and gauged our limits along the way - gently suggesting improvements but never pressuring. He handled the inevitable glitches (on our end - old home!) with calm and solid advice. He sold the house in 48 hours, and guided the sometimes-challenging inspection process to an on-time end . He also helped us through the simultaneous purchase, one county away, all the while helping me track the voluminous paperwork, contractors, inspections, etc. Start to finish, from first interview through sale and purchase, we spent an intensive 3 months with Rod and never once had any doubt about his integrity, savvy, or advice.
