Lisa P is fantastic. She made us feel as though we were her only clients throughout the entire process- and it was a long one! We were searching for a house in Central Ma while living in Boston and we were only able to look at places on weekends. Lisa was so accommodating and it felt like she was part of our family while we were searching. She knew what we wanted and many times knew we wouldn't like something even though we insisted on seeing it. :) With our schedule and only being able to look at houses on the weekends we were worried we would never find our home. We shouldn't have worried though! Lisa-as she often did for us-went out on her own and looked at a listing for us. She knew it was "the one" and had us immediately come take a look. We put in an offer within a day of it being on the market and thanks to Lisa's expertise our offer was taken shortly thereafter. Her negotiating knowledge was spot on and we ended up paying less than we had anticipated.Lisa was always available and gave very helpful advice throughout the process. She has a very calming presence which is appreciated through such a daunting process. Lisa is a great listener and really takes into account what her client wants and needs while giving helpful feedback.I would recommend anyone to list (or look) with Lisa P!!

Our first impression of John Miller was excellent. He was professional, personable, confident in his ability to sell our home and his background in real eastate is very impressive. We had two homes to sell, each at a different end of the market. One was a luxury home and the other a starter home that needed some work. John handled both with the same attention to detail and used appropriate marketing strategies for each. Both our homes sold in a short amount of time. John made the process from staging thru closing very easy for us. He kept us informed every step of the way and was available 24/7. John's ability to work with perspective buyers and other agents is exceptional. We have a great amount of respect for John Miller as our Real Estate Agent and as a person. We could not have chosen anyone more qualified or suitable to represent us.
