We got a chance to work with Breanna Webb from Century 21 Mark and Al team. I would say that we were very lucky to work with her. She made the whole Home Buying (Complex looking) experience so simple, smooth and pain free for us.She really cares about the people she is working with and provides all her efforts to get what they are looking for. She was a great help in coordination with Lender, Escrow, Home Owner Association, and a lot of entities who we had to work with.She is confident and extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and entire process of buying/selling transaction.Even after our home buying transaction is over, she is still a great help for me for any issues.Breanna Webb is a Super Star. I always refer to her as Magician because she is able to get you solutions for any complexities during the transaction. She is backed by an excellent team to support you and her with anything and everything. I would highly recommend working with her and already referred her name to my friends.I would always be grateful to her to make our home buying journey so easy and for being an excellent and helping friend.

We were trying to sell our home in Claremont. Got hooked up with a real rummy for a realtor. Lies, half truths, undisclosed vacations, you name it. A really stressful nightmare. At our wits end, we SK'D him, and found a real realtor through my son. Breanna Webb from Mark and Al Century 21 Glendora. We explained the problems we had and our apprehension and skepticism about realtors. She took it all in, looked us in the eyes and said "don't worry" your problems are over. Easier said than done was my thinking. It only took 2 days to find out how brilliant, detail conscious, and professional this girl is. The I's were dotted and every T crossed in detail on everything she did, and she explained everything thoroughly. Her Open House was amazing, all the bells and whistles exploded over the neighborhood. Our neighbors were really impressed. Wendy, the girl(I'm old) took charge of our escrow...perfectly and it was a breeze. No question was too big, or little and was explained with same professionalism as Breanna. Thanks Wendy. The intangible in this tale is how absolutely nice Breanna is, and what a genuine, caring person she is. She really is concerned about your wellbeing and comfort level. Everyday first thing in the morning, she was on the phone to me asking how I was, if I needed anything, and updates on plans for the day. We were totally at ease , knowing we were in good hands. At the end of this experience, our goals were achieved, and now we are in our new home, and loving it. Not only did our dream come true.....we gained a life long friend. If you are going to sell your home, or buy one; Breanna has all the knowledgeability,, communication skills, and savvy to make it happen for you. Tip of the hat to Mark and Al for having such good people.
