It is my pleasure to recommend Rose Dacey as a real estate agent. I met Rose through a friend and instantly like her demeanor. She is articulate, poised, and experienced. I was renting a lovely but pricey apartment near the water in Quincy. I was quite comfortable living there and enjoyed all the nice amenities. My lease was expiring I decided I was ready to buy. I emailed Rose and we spoke. She asked me questions about my wants, needs, my lifestyle, conveniences, and more. Rose immediately added me to the MLS and the search began. At first, I thought I wanted a ranch, townhouse or condo until we began looking. Rose availed herself and was accommodating even with all the Covid restrictions. When I wanted to go to Open houses, she met me. And sometimes, on the same day! When I emailed or texted, she responded often with suggestions or comments only an insider would know (waterlines in the basement, outdated electrical, etc.) Rose did not waste my time with places out of my price range. It ironic that the place that I wasnt so keen on seeing, I bought. Rose was more excited than I when we visited the condo. She knew it was exactly what I wanted: one level, attached garage, two bedrooms, and no one above me! She suggested I bring a knowledgeable friend to see it. She calmed me down through the entire process. Rose is the consummate professional. She maintained a professional relationship with the sellers agent and the closing attorney and she was patient with all my questions and jitters about the closing. Rose worked with the seller to accommodate my schedule.I had several family members and friends come to the inspection and she was patient and understanding. She took notes and asked more questions than I! I recommend Rose if you are selling or buying

Rose was the agent who sold my house. She was professional, knowledgeable and prompt in responding to any questions /concerns that arose. She was always very upbeat and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. Rose even kept any eye on my cat one time when I had nowhere to take him!I think one of Rose's more endearing assets is that she truly listens to you and always has your best interests in mind. Integrity is important to me and she has it. She knew from the beginning that I was in no particular rush to sell, and not once was there any inkling of pressure or impatience.Rose easily adapts to unforeseen circumstances. My Mom passed during the process and Rose was quick to tell me to contact her when I was ready to proceed, and she would handle anything that came up in the meantime. I was able to make arrangements without worrying about the house.My husband refers to Rose as "unflappable" and that's a great description. She's a great agent and we would highly recommend her to anyone. She will work hard for you, dot all i's and cross all t's,do it seamlessly, and always with a smile.

When I first met Rose Dacey I asked her to write down the price she thought we should list my house at without showing me, and I did the same. When we compared numbers. we were within $900 of each other! This told me that she did not over or under-value the property.After watching her walk around the property and listening to her comments I knew Rose was the one I wanted to sell my house; I could tell by the way she cared about my house and her craft.Rose did a terrific job with the photographs for the listing, and she took care of everything else such as meeting the inspector and the fire department, and keeping me informed every step of the way.After the first open house we had some bids and a P&S shortly thereafter.The entire process was a smooth as could be from our first meeting until the closing. If you want to sell your house do not think twice about hiring Rose Dacey as your agent. You will be glad that you did.
