It's rare to find a professional worthy of 5 stars in all areas, but Rose is all that. From the very beginning, during all the months that I thought about selling, Rose answered dozens of questions for me, and researched anything I needed to know. Once the decision was made, she was very hands-on and supportive. Right up to the final day, Rose was always available, responsive and informative. She kept me in the loop all the way. Rose's advice about the asking price was spot on, and because of that we got multiple over-asking offers within days of the very successful open houses that she hosted. When I first met Rose Dacey I asked her to write down the price she thought we should list my house at without showing me, and I did the same. When we compared numbers. we were within $900 of each other! This told me that she did not over or under-value the property.After watching her walk around the property and listening to her comments I knew Rose was the one I wanted to sell my house; I could tell by the way she cared about my house and her craft.Rose did a terrific job with the photographs for the listing, and she took care of everything else such as meeting the inspector and the fire department, and keeping me informed every step of the way.After the first open house we had some bids and a P&S shortly thereafter.The entire process was a smooth as could be from our first meeting until the closing.
