I am an investor and I have dealt with many realtors and property managers in the past. I was a little disappointed in many people I had worked with in the past in Porterville. I had a terrible experience with a major local property management company so I decided to manage my properties directly. My tenant was going to move out during Christmas/New Year. I was out of the country until middle of January. As much as I hated using a property agent, I had no choice under that situation. I interviewed some agents and was pleasantly surprised to find Sean. Although he is young, he is very knowledgeable and very passionate about his profession. I was very impressed by him but I did have prejudice because I expected agents to be older. Soon I realized I was wrong. The moving out tenant was very happy with the move-out process. Sean treats my property like his own. He kept me informed through emails while I was away. He made me feel so at ease with getting the right tenant for my house and continues to manage this property for me. Sean has made me have faith in using professional property management services once again. You don't have to look far for a realtor to take care of your real estate needs.
