Joey did a phenomenal job helping us get into our first home. The process was smooth and I believe that comes from his years of experience as a professional realtor. It did not take us long to find the house that we wanted and from there, Joey helped make the process easy. From referrals such as helping find a title company, insurance, or a home inspector. He helped to resolve any issues with the property; the negotiations were a breeze. When we did find a few problems during inspections they were minimal such as gfci outlets, a faulty shower valve, and a few other miscellaneous items. He contacted the selling realtor and we worked together on having the seller resolve the issues. Overall Joeys commitment to being professional helped the process go as smoothly as possible. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Id worked with numerous agents before we started looking around Picayune and Scott was referred to me through a website. We looked at 2 houses my wife had picked out but neither wouldve passed VA inspection. Most other realtors we had worked with usually had to take pictures and contact colleagues to confirm if something would pass inspection. Scott seemed more knowledgeable than most. He had seen what we were interested in and suggested a 3rd before we called it a day. This ended up being the one. It was a little more than my budget would cover though. He hooked me up with another lender who was just as impressive as he was. We made it all work. Scott went on vacation soon after we went under contract, yet still managed to stay one step ahead of most everyone. A pretty impressive feat from the other side of the world. Hell definitely be the first I call when I need to buy another home.
