Miko helped us find a home and then sell our old home. After living in the same home for 25 years, we were virtual novices at the real estate market. She gave us excellent advice on the market value of the homes and negotiated on our behalf what I considered to be a lower price on the house we bought. She listed and got a price that was more that I thought on our old home, proving she knew the market and the buyers available for this property. My husband and I were impressed with her communication skills as she kept up well informed during the process. Selling/buying a home can be stressful especially if your unsure of what is transpiring in the process. She was able to recommend honest and reasonable resources to make repairs and to obtain a loan. There were several last minute issues where she took over and got the job done timely, while working with the buyers agent. Miko is undoubtedly a true professional with experience in the market. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.
