My wife and I can't say enough great things about Terri Jackson as a realtor! We stumbled upon her/Century 21 by chance, and knew immediately Terri was the right realtor for us. She has an incredible amount of local knowledge, has lived in multiple areas around Warner Robins and Bonaire, is extremely friendly and very accessible. We initially tried to contact other agents on Zillow, as well as a few recommended by friends, but none seemed too interested in working with us (or didn't respond at all). Terri walked us through many houses in the course of a week, but never pushed us to buy one we didn't like. She simply provided input and thoughts/recommendations, but left it up to us. We had such confidence in Terri and her understanding of our needs/wants--that we were actually out of town when the house we purchased came on the market. Terri immediately set up a video chat, walked us through, and we put an offer in that evening. Every single recommendation Terri gave us during the entire process was spot on. I was amazed at how well she knew and understood real estate. All of this to say...if you're looking for a realtor, CHOOSE TERRI! She is simply amazing, and helped us buy our first home here in Bonaire, GA.

Terri Jackson is a terrific agent. When I was looking for a house for my wife and I she was extremely helpful. My wife would look at listings in Perry, Warner Robins, Peach County, Bibb County and Macon in GA and we would discuss them. I would then call Terri and, drawing on her knowledge of the area, Terri would show me the properties and I would discuss the pros and cons with her. I was amazed at the number of times we agreed on those pluses and minuses. When my wife finally met Terri, she right away felt that Terri was the prefect agent for us.Terri helped us find the perfect home in Macon and she was immensely helpful all the way through financing process and the close process. We called on her for names of people she would recommend to help with repair and upgrade work, yard work, house cleaners and carpet cleaners after we closed. We were very happy with everyone she recommended. She was also interested in seeing the finished product and she was very complimentary in how it turned out.Terri went from a real estate agent to a good friend in the months she worked with us. We have a standing invitation to join her for lunch when my wife gets back in town. Terri, you're wonderful!
