We cannot say enough about our real estate agent Jolene Lloyd. She went above and beyond her duties. She made this house happen! When we ran into bumps in the road she cleared these issues up like she holds a magic wand. Jolene has a wide array of knowledge beyond her years, she educated us on this home buying process in Montana through the entire journey. She is an expert on VA home purchasing.Did I say she helped us look for our home for at least 7 months, how patient is that! She not only has excellent communication/listening and people skills she took fast action and found us the home we absolutely love, no buyers remorse here! She never had a negative word to speak, only inspiration and cheered us on. She plays fair with all parties and was always in her INTEGRITY. Working with Jolene was a true pleasure! As a new transplant to Helena as well as to the state of Montana, Jolene took the time to show me around and share some of the history of the city. While home searching, I really appreciated how she seemed to have endless patience. We looked at numerous homes and with each one, she went the extra mile to explain certain features about the homes that I was not familiar with from homes in my former state. In regards to communication, she is top notch! All my emails were promptly answered and any return phone calls or texts were swiftly responded to. If you are looking for a realtor who will take the time and go the extra mile to find you the perfect home, Jolene should be #1 on your list!
