This is a "long distance" realty purchase. From the very beginning, Brian has been responsive to my questions, concerns, ideas, and apprehensions. He was quick to point out possibilities the properties presented and showed me areas of concern that could be costly later on down the road. This was impressive because it showed me that he was more interested in my future in my new home than he was of a quick decision to buy. My needs were more important to his and I really appreciate that quality. I thoroughly enjoyed our "tour de Chaparral" as his kindness and superb sense of humor showed through. Brian's knowledge of real estate laws is impressive, but his hands on, personal style are qualities that can not be taught. He is a person I would go to again if I ever needed guidance in a real estate transaction.

Brian did a great job in helping my wife and I find our retirement dream home. As we were from a different area of the country, he picked us up and drove us around to see 8 homes, very organized and efficient. After we took a couple of weeks to decide among the different homes and geographic areas of the country, we got back to Brian and let him know we had chosen one of the homes he showed us in Las Cruces. Brian did some background work and helped us to negotiate a great deal on a wonderful home. Also, since we could not attend the closing in person, he helped us to navigate the process and coordinated all the details. He also helped us to make some preliminary arrangements so our move into the house was seamless. I would highly recommend Brian as a buyer's agent, and I'm sure he is just as thorough for the seller. He's sure to go far as he continues to gain experience in his real-estate career.
